How to return
While we’re sure you’ll love what you’ve ordered, we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 28 days return policy. Except for faulty goods, all items must be returned to us in a saleable condition. They must be returned unused and in their original, undamaged packaging with tags and labels attached.

UK CUSTOMERS ONLY
- Follow the link to enter your Order Number/ID and Personal details.
- Choose Royal Mail as your return method and select your desired location.
- You will be sent a confirmation email with your return label ready to print and attach to your package.
- Need to print at your parcel drop off location? A QR code will be sent to you via email with further instructions.
This email will include your tracking number, to track the status of your return.
Please Note: Keep a hold of proof of postage for a smooth returns process.
