EXTENDED CHRISTMAS RETURNS
We’ve extended our usual limit for returns. Any purchases made online between 04 December and 24 December 2024 can be returned as late as 13 January 2025. For purchases made from 25 December 2024 onwards, our normal refund policy will apply.
RETURNS
While we’re sure you’ll love what you’ve ordered, we understand that sometimes you might have second thoughts. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 28 days return policy.
Exchanges do not provide additional 28 days, and that all items including exchanges are to be returned from the day the first item on the order was delivered.
Except for faulty goods, all items must be returned to us in a saleable condition. They must be returned unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any deodorant or fragrance that may leave a mark.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE UK
You have 28 days from the date you receive your order to return it to us. To start your return please go to: https://ghost.intelligentreturns.net/main/landing
1. Enter your order number, postcode, email or phone number.
2. Select the items you wish to return or exchange.
3. Confirm your personal information.
4. Choose your preferred return method.
5. Track your return every step of the way.
FREE EXCHANGES
If exchanging the same product for a new size, please enter the new required size into the text box. If you would like to exchange for a different product or an item at a different price, please send your items back for a refund and place a new order. Unfortunately we cannot exchange online orders in our stores at present.
If your exchange size is not available, we will refund your items.

TRACK YOUR RETURN EVERY STEP OF THE WAY
Once you have completed registering your return you will receive an email which contains a tracking link so you know exactly where your parcel is.
ALLOW UP TO 10 WORKING DAYS
We’ll process your refund or exchange within 10 working days of receiving it in our warehouse. Please keep the ‘proof of return postage’ from your courier until you have received confirmation of your return. This may increase during peak periods.
REFUND POLICY
Unfortunately, we are unable to process online returns in our stores at present but are working towards making this happen in the future.
If there are any issues with your recent order, such as missing, faulty or wrong items, please notify us within 5 working days of delivery.
Delivery Fee - We offer free returns, however the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.
Time Frame - All orders must be returned within 28 days of receipt.
Condition of items - All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and Ghost tags attatched.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
If your order was delivered outside of the UK and you wish to return an item or order (within 45 days of delivery), please follow the guidelines below:
1. Complete the returns form enclosed with your item(s) and place the completed form inside the parcel. Please be sure to fill out your order number and the reason code for your return. It also helps if you can provide your name, address and postcode on the back of the form.
2. The goods must be returned unused in their original, undamaged packaging with all tags and labels attached.
3. Please note that we are unable to refund any returned shipping costs or duty paid on the items returned to us, either faulty or unsuitable, as this is a contract between the purchaser and own country Customs & Excise.
4. We advise using a tracked service to return the goods as until we receive an item at the warehouse, we are unable to process the refund.
REFUND POLICY
We endeavour to refund the cost of the product within 15 days of the item(s) being received back at our warehouse. An email will be sent to confirm that we have processed your return. During peak times, it may take longer to process refunds.
We can only credit the account used to originally purchase the item(s).
We offer a 45 day return policy to our international customers. Any charges for returning the goods back to us for a refund are the responsibility of the customer.
